Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy on defective wholesale (non vintage) items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item (delivery date) to request a return. All vintage items purchased are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must present a defective (imperfections or faultiness) issue. As we sell a variety of items that have a range of what would be considered defective, it will be at the discretion of the wholesale as to whether the issue is considered a defect. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will also need to show photographic or in person proof of the defect.

If your return is accepted, we will contact you to inform you of next steps, which could include but are not limited to sending the defective item back to us, a refund without sending the item back, or an exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. HFC will respond to your return request within five business days, but do not guarantee a time frame on fully processing your return if accepted.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. There is $50 worth of insurance on all packages sent Priority through the USPS. If you would like more insurance placed on the package, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our live plants (potted, unpotted and air plants) are not eligible for returns. Please inspect these items before purchase. We are always happy to offer advice and resources on best plant care practices.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards.
