Shipping policy

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT & ADDRESS IS DELIVERABLE. If items are sent back from undeliverable or incorrect from the address given, HIP FINDS CO is not responsible for the cost to ship back and has the right to cancel the transaction if the customer does not want to pay to ship again. All items have options for shipping via USPS Ground or Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. If you prefer an alternative shipping method please let us know and we’ll be more than happy to fulfill your request. Cost shipping, If there is more than a $2 difference in the shipping cost, you will be reimbursed. We try to reuse packing material and use recycled boxes and supplies for packaging items whenever possible.

Local pickup is available upon request/option chosen at checkout. Curbside order pick up is at the discretion of the employee working at the time. If curbside is not available please contact us at hipfindsco@gmail.com to arrange another pick up time.
